Tubular Ace style Lock Drill Bit Vending Machine Locks / others when key

Most tubular locks have a key code.  If you know the code you may be able to just buy a key from the distributor that sold you the machine.  The key code will likely be on the invoice when the machine was purchased new.  In some cases, the code number it is printed on the front of the lock.  If you do not know the code this drill bill can be used to remove the lock.
Without this code it is not possible to buy just a key as there are thousand of key codes.
Check or product options as new locks can be purchased.
The drill bit that is designed to drill away the metal covering the pins in a standard size 7.8mm tubular lock with a standard metal hardness. 
Once this metal is removed, the lock can be opened and removed. The item is ideal if you have lost the key for you vending machine or any size standard tubular lock.  
The locks are made by many companies such as Ace, Ilco, Chicago Lock, Comp X, etc. When utilized correctly, this bit can typically drill out 3 locks before dulling.

This bit drills away the metal that holds the pins in place.  Once the pins and springs are free, the inner core of the lock can be turned. This method is better than drilling out the entire lock as it eliminates the change of the costly  T handle from being damaged.
